Make noise. Be silent.

Say no. Say yes. Try it.

Give yourself time to think.

You are alive.
You are loved.
You are you.
That is beautiful.

Breathe as a willful emotional breathing.
Breath as a willful physical action.
There is not a good or bad to the suggestions.
Say no, don't be overworked. Say yes, try new things.
